Cleaning and repair:
|
| 1.
Use liquid scour and soft cloth to clean the surface,
please do not use acet, ammonia, organic solvent.
And don't use formaldehyde & its relevant products
to sanitize, otherwise the surface will be damaged.

| 2.
Use polishing preparation to polish to remain the
surface flashing. |
| 3.
If the surface was scratched or scorched, please
use 1200# sand paper to polish then use 2000# sand
paper to grind together with water. And then use
polishing cream and soft cloth to burnish. |
| 4.
Please use the soft cloth to clean the plated parts
only ! |
| 5.
When the surface of bathtub was scratched , please
use 2000# sand paper to polish then wipe tooth paste
and burnish with soft cloth to make it flashing.

Failed to adjust the power of jet
| Reason: |
The
small electromotor in the air control box cannot
move and that leads to the failure of the valve's
flexing. Or maybe the pipe leaks air. |

1.
If pipe leakage, or tie-in loose
2. If connection pole loose
3. If the plastic valve locked
4.If air switch button is broken
5.If the connection between the air switch &
the pipe loose
6.If the air switch out of order
7.If the line connection is loose
8.If the air pipe is blocked
9.If the electromotor is burnout |

3.Steam
box water leakage
| Reason: |
usually
leakage is aroused from wrong installation. If
the installation was done carefully, that will
be avoided. Please use glass cement when found
the leakage. |

leakage when power off:
A: Pipe broken
B: Pipe connection is too loose or to tight
C: Resident water & pipe system problems
2. leakage when using steam.
A:
B: Water tank is damaged
C: The joint 0f steam generator and water tank
is broken
D: The venthole of the steam generator is not
sealed well.
3.leakage when using the jets
A: The steam box is not sealed with or the glass
cement loose.
B: The glass door is not sealed well.
C: The air control switch of the steam box with
bathtub is not sealed well.
D: The electric valve for the jets is out of order
4.leakage when water runs out
A: Check the drainage
B: Drainage pipe is broken
C: Drainage moves away from the sewer.
D: The sewer is blocked. |
4.Nozzle
fails to jet or jet softly
A. Fail
to jet: check the electric valve if in power
1. If no power, then the circuit is out of order;
if the electric board fails to display, then it
is out of order; if the electric board works well
then just check the audion , if it is burnout.
2. If in power, check the electric valve if in
order.
3. If the electric valve works well , then check
if water can runs smooth or blocked.
4. Check if the water shift turns to the jet position
or not
B. Jet softly.
1. The resident water pressure is too low
2. Adjust the jet gasket to make the water jet
from the three holes.
3. The joint or the jet hole blocked.
4. The water valve is not opened completely |
5.The
exhaust fan cannot turn.
A.
Failure after installation
1. Check if you upend the anode & cathode
2. If the link connected wrongly
B. Failure after use
1. If the electric bnc connector plugs loose
2. If contact well
3. If the line jointing loose
4. If no electricity, then the electric board
or the circuit is out of order. |
6.
Radio without sound or can not reach any channel
1.
If there is no
any radio & circuit sound, For F1 series failure
always aroused on the electric board. While For
F2 series failure from the circuit.
2. F2. if hearing the channel signal sound
after turning on the radio, then check if the
speaker works well or not.
3. If there is no channel signal sound,
Then the small relay which controls the radio
must be out of order. |
7.The
fuse burns out or the house electric valve trips when
using steam.
| If
that happens after using a period of time, it
shows that the capability of the creepage switch
& the fuse is too limited. It will be normal
to change a better one. |
